After being in Parliament in Ottawa for a year now I’ve seen how the power of public engagement and protest can change a government’s agenda.

Recently, I met with representatives from Canada Post, they assured me that they were still open to hearing from the people affected by this proposed change and that no final decision has yet been made. It is clear that if we keep up this pressure and make sure the overwhelming concerns of residents are heard, we can win this fight and save our community post office!
